What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Legal & Compliance and People Operations groups to align HR support with organizational strategy.
• Develop and execute HR strategies and projects to improve employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Partner with senior leaders as a coach and mentor to develop career path plans and performance goals.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and maintaining records.
• Ensure strict compliance with HR legislation and employment standards to minimize legal risks.
• Gather and analyze HR metrics to diagnose and develop solutions for organizational challenges.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as an HRBP, with several years in a senior capacity.
• CHRP or CHRL designation in good standing.
• Comprehensive understanding of current HR legislation and employment standards.
• Strong business acumen, diplomacy, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical competence in Google Suite for business.
