Location: Hybrid in Oakville, Ontario, Canada
Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 CAD

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Legal & Compliance and People Operations groups to align HR support with organizational strategy.
- Develop and execute HR strategies and projects to improve employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Partner with senior leaders as a coach and mentor to develop career path plans and performance goals.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and maintaining records.
- Ensure strict compliance with HR legislation and employment standards to minimize legal risks.
- Gather and analyze HR metrics to diagnose and develop solutions for organizational challenges.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as an HRBP, with several years in a senior capacity.
- CHRP or CHRL designation in good standing.
- Comprehensive understanding of current HR legislation and employment standards.
- Strong business acumen, diplomacy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical competence in Google Suite for business.
