Focus on streamlining onboarding journeys, creating strategic success stories, and maintaining hyperscaler portals.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end creation and distribution of Quarterly Partner Newsletters for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Draft strategic "Win Wires" to celebrate major deal closures and partnership milestones across the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding journey, from contract setup in Ironclad to first certification.
  • Maintain Hyperscaler portals (AWS, Microsoft, Google) to ensure visibility into shared opportunities and pipelines.
  • Track and synthesize partner KPIs, deal progress, and GNARR to fuel reporting and ecosystem visibility.
  • Provide administrative support for partner events and synthesize performance feedback from Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree.
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting newsletters and partner-facing content.
  • Basic data skills and comfort working with spreadsheets to track KPIs and engagement metrics.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach with a high bar for data accuracy.
  • Interest in enterprise software, AI, cloud, or the broader data ecosystem.
