Location: Hybrid, must be based in the Dublin area

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of individual contributors to foster professional growth.
• Contribute to the design, architecture, and coding of distributed backend systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the product roadmap and security offerings.
• Partner with customers and support engineers to diagnose and fix technical issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in building large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in compiled languages such as Go, Java, C#, or C++ (Java or Go preferred).
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Must be based in Dublin for the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with security domains: authentication, authorization, network access controls, or encryption.
