Network Development Manager (Data Centers)

What you will do

• Lead a team of 6+ Network Development Engineers to build and manage data centers globally.
• Drive operational excellence through processes, metrics, and optimization for network performance, availability, and capacity.
• Provide technical leadership, review network changes, and resolve complex network issues.
• Set strategic goals, align resources, and deliver on team objectives.
• Manage team performance, career development, mentoring, and recruiting.
• Develop automation roadmaps to address operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience directly managing and leading a team of 5+ members
• 5+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of data center, network engineering, and/or systems engineering experience

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals such as BGP, OSPF and other R&S technologies
• Experience in Linux, Networking protocols, NoSQL databases, systems administration, or software development
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
• Knowledge of network design, protocols, and troubleshooting
