What you will do

• Provide functional and people leadership to drive strategic and tactical activities for Athlone Manufacturing.
• Shape functional strategy and excellence within manufacturing engineering and maintenance.
• Accelerate continuous improvement by deploying the hirify.global Performance System (MPS).
• Identify and implement productivity and process improvements across multiple Operating Units.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team, managing talent development and performance acceleration.
• Build engineering capabilities and implement talent strategies to support future business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of experience, or a Master's/Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a functional area or related field.
• Prior experience in medical device, pharma, or other highly regulated industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, specifically Automation and Digital manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations fields.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
