Salary: EUR 109,709 - EUR 131,651

What you will do
- Manage and develop the Alloy engineering team, providing regular feedback and supporting career growth.
- Drive closer collaboration between the Alloy team and the OpenTelemetry collector community.
- Partner with go-to-market and product leadership to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience for Grafana Cloud.
- Guide projects from ideation through planning, execution, and post-launch to deliver high-quality results.
- Foster a psychologically safe environment encouraging innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across team boundaries to solve complex customer problems.
Requirements
- Domain knowledge in observability and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience managing autonomous engineering teams in a fully remote environment.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems principles, including scalability, fault tolerance, and consistency.
- Ability to manage complexity and align stakeholders to elevate team performance.
- Deeply customer-focused approach to technical decision-making.
- Must be based in the NASA (EST-only) or EMEA time zones.
