What you will do

• Define and execute the IP Security vision, value proposition, and forward-looking technology strategy.
• Provide line management for a team of engineers, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and career development.
• Collaborate with architects to implement secure coding processes and tools to minimize software vulnerabilities.
• Drive consensus across business, sales, and legal stakeholders to align security controls with corporate goals.
• Establish long-term roadmaps to ensure IP protection within partner implementations.
• Lead engineering teams using agile methodologies and AI tools to deliver tactical security controls.

Requirements

• MS/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Proven experience as a people manager leading technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of IP protection, hardware/software countermeasures, and cryptographic concepts.
• Expertise in TEE, TrustZone, Virtualization, and SOC architecture.
• Experience with exploitability research, fuzzing, and using AI models for security research.
