What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to develop the skills and behaviors necessary for success.
  • Establish company territory plans, team structures, individual quotas, and investment capacity requirements.
  • Report on revenue forecasts and manage strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the complete revenue and customer success process.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with FSI customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Deliver strategic growth plans in collaboration with functional leaders across EMEA.

Requirements

  • Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven expertise within the FSI (Financial Services Industry) sector.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong focus on methodology-based sales coaching, specifically MEDDPIC and a Challenger mentality.
  • Experience with value-based sales engaging both business and IT stakeholders, including the C-suite.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and hire top sales talent in the market.
