TL;DR
Databricks Partner Development Director / Partner Sales Executive (AI/Cloud): Driving go-to-market execution and joint pipeline creation within the Databricks ecosystem with an accent on co-selling and C-level relationship management. Focus on converting strategic partnerships into revenue and scaling GTM frameworks across cloud and AI domains.
Location: Must be based in the USA (Open remote, preference for West Coast and Midwest)
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

What you will do
- Build and convert Databricks co-sell pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Lead joint account planning, QBRs, and closing strategies.
- Own the Databricks partnership and develop strategic C-level relationships.
- Architect scalable GTM frameworks and repeatable sales plays.
- Mobilize NVIDIA, AWS, and Microsoft to amplify co-sell pursuits.
- Track partner KPIs including pipeline, bookings, and ARR.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner or alliances consulting sales.
- 3+ years of direct experience working with Databricks.
- 2+ years experience co-selling with hyperscalers.
- Ability to travel up to 40% for partner meetings and events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Strong pursuit leadership with enterprise quota experience.
- Thought leadership in data modernization, data mesh, and AI/GenAI.
- Relevant partner certifications (Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, CSAP).
