What you will do

• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps across a specific geography.
• Identify and build the future sales leadership pipeline within the company.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to consistently exceed sales goals.
• Manage the end-to-end sales ecosystem, from lead generation through to closing.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales to play a key role in developing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams.
• Proven track record of annual sales overachievement.
• Experience leading teams that sell through security channel partners.
• Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and utilizing the MEDDIC framework.
• Experience in SaaS sales, specifically within cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
• Background in closing large deals with Fortune 1000 enterprises.
