What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets in North America.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Refine the sales concept and optimize processes for the AMER target market.
  • Guide the team through forecasting and negotiating complex enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the North American market.
  • Deep expertise in B2B enterprise sales and the MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Experience scaling sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • AI literacy to leverage tools for productivity and decision-making.
