TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (DevSecOps): Leading initial outreach to targeted accounts and generating qualified meetings for the sales organization with an accent on creative prospecting and buyer persona engagement. Focus on managing inbound lead flow, conducting discovery conversations, and utilizing Salesforce and Outreach.io to drive pipeline growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States and/or Canada

Salary: $53,000 - $75,000 USD (Base salary for US residents)

What you will do

  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow and conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts.
  • Meet or exceed SDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets.
  • Collaborate with Field and Digital Marketing teams to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
  • Research accounts to identify key players and identify compelling events to generate interest.
  • Execute a variety of touchpoints (calls, emails, social) using Outreach.io.
  • Manage, track, and report all activities and results using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening, and strong writing skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements.
  • Knowledge of business processes, roles, and organizational structures.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the tech industry.
  • Experience in sales development, marketing, or general sales.
