Salary: $185,000 – $250,000 per year + equity

What you will do

• Develop and lead the Customer Success strategy for the Demand segment, focusing on B2B2C and affinity member needs.
• Optimize private marketplaces for engagement, conversion, and user satisfaction within partner environments.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing partners to broaden the distribution footprint.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to customize marketplace features and drive awareness.
• Create standardized CS playbooks for onboarding and increasing partnership value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Partnership Management.
• Proven expertise in B2B2C environments, channel partnerships, or HR/Benefits tech.
• Deep understanding of digital marketplace functionality, balancing UX and monetization.
• Ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on with enterprise clients.
• Skill in translating complex audience engagement data into compelling ROI narratives.
• Must be based in the United States and work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
