Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager (HR Tech): Managing and growing strategic technology partnerships to drive joint commercial success and ecosystem integration with an accent on B2B SaaS models and partner adoption. Focus on orchestrating co-selling motions, optimizing co-marketing opportunities, and aligning product-engineering goals to increase ARR.

Location: hirify.global. Must be based in AMER or EMEA regions.

Salary: $46,300 — $117,200 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute technology partnership strategies to drive commercial success and API adoption.
  • Own joint success metrics and KPIs for the partner portfolio.
  • Drive partner sales enablement and orchestrate co-selling motions.
  • Launch and optimize co-marketing activities like webinars and content sharing.
  • Manage GTM planning and execution in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Facilitate QBRs and identify opportunities for expanding current partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience managing strategic partner relationships with VP/C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of growing acquisition, retention, and ARR for multi-million dollar portfolios.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS partnership models, including APIs and SDKs.
  • Familiarity with the HR tech ecosystem, EOR, and Global Payroll products.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
