Partner Manager (SaaS): Build and own partner-led growth motion from experimentation to scalable programs with an accent on deepening relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients that drive pipeline and revenue. Focus on establishing GTM positioning and enablement, cross-functional coordination, and using data to prioritize and refine partner strategy.

$140,000 base salary ($200,000 OTE), equity.

What you will do

• Build and own partner-led growth motion, from early experimentation to repeatable programs.
• Develop and deepen relationships with referral partners and Platform Clients to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Establish positioning, enablement, and GTM alignment for partners.
• Coordinate between partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps).
• Create structure, tooling, and processes to enable partner success at scale.
• Use data and field feedback to prioritize opportunities and guide partner ecosystem investments.

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling partnerships, programs, or revenue initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort owning outcomes like pipeline or revenue.
• Strong judgment, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.
• Builder mindset: start from blank page, test ideas, create playbooks.
• Clear, thoughtful communication, especially writing (documentation-first culture).
• High ownership and autonomy.
