TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 OTE (Base: $75,000 - $85,000)

What you will do

  • Prospect within an assigned territory to build a robust pipeline and achieve sales goals.
  • Lead product demonstrations for hirify.global for RIA, Illumis, and the hirify.global Platform to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing business using creativity and diligence.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide reliable forecasts via Salesloft and Salesforce CRM.
  • Attend sales events, seminars, and training to build industry relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing new business over a sustained period.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Preference for candidates in the New York Metropolitan area with client-facing expectations.
