Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Refine and create PMO processes to ensure alignment on delivery and outcomes across all platforms.
- Partner with Sales teams to scope and develop Statements of Work (SOW) and provide guidance on feasibility and timelines.
- Coordinate with product teams to advocate for platform enhancements based on client project needs and feedback.
- Oversee operational processes, including project setups in tools and seamless sales-to-services handoffs.
- Serve as an escalation point for project issues, driving resolution and tracking productivity reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience supporting sales enablement processes and working closely with Sales teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience and certification in Smartsheet.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
