Regional Marketing Manager (Enterprise West): Develop and execute field marketing plans and targeted ABM campaigns to drive pipeline growth and revenue with an accent on regional sales alignment, event management, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Hybrid in San Jose, CA; Bellevue, WA; or Boulder, CO, United States with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: 129,200 - 192,500 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans supporting regional sales objectives and revenue growth.
  • Activate ABM programs across key regions, orchestrating tailored plays with sales for top accounts.
  • Partner with sales, account executives, partner managers, and BDR teams for alignment on initiatives and lead flow.
  • Plan, manage, and execute events including tradeshows, executive roundtables, and workshops.
  • Measure and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI using data analytics to refine approaches.
  • Collaborate with central marketing, product marketing, and operations for cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience with proven track record in field marketing and ABM.
  • Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies strongly preferred.
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset using analytics for decisions and program optimization.
  • Strong project and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft, and marketing automation platforms.
