What you will do
- Manage a personal portfolio of 5β8 priority accounts, driving expansion and renewals of $200Kβ$500K+.
- Develop and implement account management playbooks, including standards for planning, business reviews, and risk mitigation.
- Design and operationalize an AI-enabled account management function to improve research, forecasting, and efficiency.
- Lead sales operations for existing accounts, ensuring accurate quarterly forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Client Partners in consultative selling.
Requirements
- Experience leading account management, client growth, or customer success in professional services, digital consulting, or tech.
- Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and driving expansion revenue.
- Experience owning bookings, forecasts, and revenue targets.
- Ability to operate at the executive level with senior stakeholders such as CTOs and VPs of Digital.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in composable commerce, digital transformation, ecommerce, or retail technology.
