Location: North America (Hybrid with hubs across regions)
Salary: Base up to $110k depending on experience + variable up to $110k

What you will do
- Own and deliver against new business revenue targets across North America
- Prospect into target accounts and generate pipeline through outbound, partner, and marketing channels
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales processes from discovery through close
- Engage technical and business stakeholders to uncover initiatives, challenges, and metrics
- Position 's platform across API management, access management, event streaming, and AI use cases
- Build Mutual Action Plans, partner with Sales Engineering for POCs and solution design
- Navigate complex organizations, procurement, and executive decision-making
- Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise new business or hunting sales roles
- Proven success exceeding new business revenue targets
- Experience selling to engineering, platform, or architecture stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Strong discovery, qualification, and business value skills
- Comfortable in technical conversations focused on business impact
- Highly organized, proactive, with strong communication and influence skills
