Location: Must be based in Canada (Option for Hybrid or Onsite in Toronto)
Salary: $77,180 - $104,420 CAD per year

What you will do
- Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Develop and execute account plans and conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges.
- Drive net revenue growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
- Manage the quote-to-order process, including bespoke pricing proposals and contract execution.
- Monitor account health using data-driven insights to proactively address churn risks.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 3+ years of success in client retention and growth strategy, or experience in Sales, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Experience selling to Finance audiences and knowledge of Finance Process and Accounting.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior management and C-suite Finance stakeholders.
- High level of organization and ability to prioritize a client portfolio.
