Account Manager, Commercial (Fintech): Managing a portfolio of customers to deliver an exceptional experience and drive net revenue growth through renewals and upselling with an accent on building multi-threaded relationships with C-suite finance stakeholders. Focus on executing growth strategies, conducting discovery sessions, and ensuring value realization through Vena's platform.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Option for Hybrid or Onsite in Toronto)

Salary: $77,180 - $104,420 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Develop and execute account plans and conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges.
  • Drive net revenue growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
  • Manage the quote-to-order process, including bespoke pricing proposals and contract execution.
  • Monitor account health using data-driven insights to proactively address churn risks.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 3+ years of success in client retention and growth strategy, or experience in Sales, FP&A, or corporate finance.
  • Experience selling to Finance audiences and knowledge of Finance Process and Accounting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior management and C-suite Finance stakeholders.
  • High level of organization and ability to prioritize a client portfolio.
