What you will do

• Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies across email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• Refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to define customer lifecycles, contact strategies, and key client segments for improved targeting.
• Define, track, and analyze success metrics for all campaigns to ensure activity is insight-driven.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting as well as ad hoc deep-dive analyses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to increase revenue.
• Ability to leverage behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data for marketing insights.
• Fluent English communication skills.
