What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and analysis for sports CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS.
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to scale lifecycle and retention programs.
• Design and execute A/B tests across channels and share actionable insights with the marketing team.
• Manage and maintain the CRM calendar, prioritizing and triaging incoming campaign requests.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing.
• High proficiency with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Simon Data.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign execution (Email, Push, SMS).
• Proven experience with A/B testing and analyzing results to inform decisions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
