What you will do
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies and communication plans via email, push, and in-app messages.
- Refine multi-channel communications and implement retention strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to define customer lifecycles, contact strategies, and client segments.
- Define, track, and analyze success metrics for all campaigns through weekly and monthly reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid).
- Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for marketing insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.
- English: Fluent communication skills required.
