What you will do

  • Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies and communication plans via email, push, and in-app messages.
  • Refine multi-channel communications and implement retention strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to define customer lifecycles, contact strategies, and client segments.
  • Define, track, and analyze success metrics for all campaigns through weekly and monthly reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid).
  • Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
  • Ability to leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for marketing insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.
  • English: Fluent communication skills required.
