What you will do
- Manage customer data activation and execute end-to-end CRM strategies via email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to improve customer experience.
- Support the definition of the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touch-points.
- Identify and define key client segments to improve targeting and CRM program effectiveness.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting, ensuring all campaigns have measurable success metrics.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid).
- Proficiency in HTML and strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to optimize CRM flows and leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data for insights.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
