TL;DR

CRM Manager (Braze): Executing and optimizing CRM flows to convert leads and educate patients with an accent on audience segmentation and cross-channel campaign optimization. Focus on scaling effectiveness through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Location: Must be based in New York City or willing to relocate to NYC (operate from the office 4 times a week)

Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the strategy and execution of CRM automations and campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app content.
  • Define and implement audience segmentation strategies to improve patient experience and messaging relevance.
  • Partner with the Data team to measure tactic effectiveness and identify opportunities for efficiency and scale.
  • Analyze campaign results to establish benchmarks and develop a continuous testing roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure patients receive critical information as services evolve.
  • Communicate key marketing initiatives and performance results to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to achieve business growth goals through strategic cohorting and insights-driven creative messaging.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance results into actionable narratives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working cross-functionally with creative, data, and product teams.
  • Must be based in NYC or willing to relocate to operate from the office 4 times a week.

  • Experience executing campaigns specifically within Braze.
