What you will do

  • Monitor and evaluate distributor sell-out and stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Oversee order flow, delivery, and follow-up processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Manage partner rebates and credit notes with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights for performance improvement and decision-making.
  • Organize training and certification programs to enhance distributor product knowledge.
  • Develop partner business plans and execute sales negotiations to expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a channel or distribution manager in electronic security or a related industry.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets across both sell-in and sell-out channels.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and informed decision-making.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
