What you will do

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the Slovakian market.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the electronic security or a similar industry.
• Proven track record of sales experience specifically within the Slovakia market.
• Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposals to closing deals.
• Conversational English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the latest technologies in security, such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
