What you will do
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the Slovakian market.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the electronic security or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of sales experience specifically within the Slovakia market.
- Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposals to closing deals.
- Conversational English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the latest technologies in security, such as cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
