What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed by medical directors and maintain accurate dosing records and medication accountability.
• Conduct health assessments to identify barriers to care and coordinate with pharmacies and labs to integrate treatment.
• Collaborate with counselors and community providers to support patient recovery and enhance access to resources.
• Manage medication inventory and prepare dosing packages following DEA and company guidelines.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Provide case management, patient advocacy, and education for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Rhode Island.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a medical office setting and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical addiction or substance abuse treatment.
• Phlebotomy certification.
