What you will do

• Perform precision venipunctures and maintain specimen integrity following aseptic techniques.
• Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling and aligning blood draw times with clinic requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison for accounts and sales teams, managing all communications and follow-ups.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment adhering to CAP CLIA standards and federal/state regulations.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to sample collection and turnaround time expectations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Oncology experience required.
• Phlebotomy Certification as required by state regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (BS/BA preferred).
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
