What you will do

• Perform precise venipunctures to obtain blood specimens and maintain specimen integrity following aseptic techniques.
• Coordinate patient care services, scheduling appointments and aligning blood draw times with clinic requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between patients, sales teams, and internal operations to resolve missing information and maintain TAT expectations.
• Manage administrative tasks including EMR record verification, daily collection logs, and patient records.
• Ensure strict adherence to CAP CLIA standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Oncology experience required.
• Valid Phlebotomy Certificate.
• High School Diploma required (BS/BA degree preferred).
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
