What you will do

• Perform precise venipunctures to obtain blood specimens and maintain specimen integrity.
• Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments and aligning blood draws with clinic requirements.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and internal operations teams to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Manage administrative tasks, patient records, and act as a primary liaison for accounts and sales teams.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to specimen collection and turnaround times.
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment adhering to CAP CLIA standards and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Oncology experience required.
• Must be based in Charleston, SC (clinic-based position).
• Phlebotomy Certificate as required by state regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (BS/BA degree preferred).
• Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
