What you will do

• Coordinate and manage requests addressed to the legal team.
• Manage the contract process through automated contract management software (CLM).
• Draft and review various contracts and legal documents.
• Develop and maintain templates and precedents for legal documents.
• Keep corporate documents, books, registers, and insurance files up to date.
• Support operational teams and contribute to the improvement of legal tools and processes.

Requirements

• AEC or DEC in Legal Techniques (Paralegal Studies).
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Office 365, and DocuSign.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law or entertainment industry experience (asset).
