What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy pipeline and achieve sales quotas.
  • Acquire and develop new first-time customers to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial discovery to closing.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, and manage negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers to develop projects using 3D MachineBuilder and MachineLogic simulation tools.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies for pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing technology.
  • Excellent and fluent English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity.
  • Strong curiosity and deep interest in engineering topics.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, or SalesLoft is considered an asset.
