What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy pipeline and achieve sales quotas.
- Acquire and develop new first-time customers to establish long-term partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial discovery to closing.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, and manage negotiations.
- Collaborate with Application Engineers to develop projects using 3D MachineBuilder and MachineLogic simulation tools.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategies for pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing technology.
- Excellent and fluent English communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity.
- Strong curiosity and deep interest in engineering topics.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, or SalesLoft is considered an asset.
