What you will do

  • Own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion for mid-market customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions to exceed expectations.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and tailored product demonstrations to showcase value and impact.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast monthly and quarterly expansion opportunities with high accuracy.
  • Utilize and master sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with significant focus on account management in the mid-market segment.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding B2B client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills for communicating data-driven insights.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern sales tech stacks like Salesforce, Salesloft, or DiscoverOrg.
  • Background working in startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Experience with CMMS or facility operations software.
  • Documented success in working in a remote setting.
