What you will do
- Perform 75-100 cold calls per day using phone, email, and LinkedIn to contact maintenance professionals.
- Utilize Outreach and other prospecting tools to implement a modern and strategic communication approach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand how companies run their maintenance operations and recommend services.
- Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives to drive new business and revenue.
- Master industry knowledge and product details to provide a top-notch consultative sales experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- English: Hard requirement.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication ability with a polished presentation style.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to move fast, multitask, and maintain high energy in a demanding environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with cold calling.
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo.
- Experience working within startups or entrepreneurial organizations.
- Experience with CMMS or facility operations software.
