Account Executive (Legaltech): Driving growth through upselling and cross-selling 's AI-powered legal technology suite to mid-market and strategic customers with an accent on account expansion and retention. Focus on managing complex deal cycles, conducting high-impact product demonstrations, and building long-term value for high-leverage legal professionals.
Location: Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto (Hybrid: minimum 2 days/week in office)
Compensation: $122,800 – $184,400 CAD (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Upsell and cross-sell ’s full suite of solutions, including the cutting-edge AI offering, Duo.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value Mid-Market accounts with 20+ employees.
- Convert qualified opportunities using telephone, email, and product demonstrations.
- Use Salesforce to prioritize leads, organize tasks, and manage the sales funnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure account growth.
- Execute forecasting, negotiation, and deal closures while developing business cases for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of closing deals.
- 3 years of experience working in SaaS or other technology companies.
- Experience managing complex deal cycles with high-leverage customers.
- Strong skills in running product demos and cold calling.
- Competitive mindset with a coachable and collaborative nature.
- Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto to meet hybrid office attendance requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or SalesNav.
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to improve sales efficiency and craft.
