Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 1 day/week from home)

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales funnel from inbound lead qualification to closing deals and revenue forecasting.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to help customers find optimal automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers using MachineBuilder to create simulated, functional machine designs.
  • Act as a strategic bridge to leadership, providing field feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English
  • Expertise in Discovery Calls and qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT.
  • Comfort with production environments and understanding of mechanical/electrical automation.
  • Experience with CRM management and a quota-carrying mindset.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in German or other European languages.
