What you will do
- Develop and implement the global sales strategy for Consulting & Engineering aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to uncover new business and innovative service offerings.
- Drive standardization of global sales processes, governance structures, and pricing approaches.
- Manage the global sales pipeline and reporting through Salesforce.
- Coordinate regional sales teams and product specialists to maximize global business opportunities.
- Build and expand global customer relationships and support key global account strategies.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in international sales or sales support, ideally in an engineering or consulting environment.
- Proven track record in executing global sales strategies and managing complex multi-region opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, pricing strategies, and commercial frameworks.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional, international teams.
- Fluent in English and willingness to travel internationally.
