Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany (1 day per week working from home)

What you will do
- Perform consultative selling to help customers find optimal solutions for automation through deep listening and problem-solving.
- Manage the full sales funnel, including qualifying inbound leads, hunting outbound targets, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with Application Engineers using the proprietary MachineBuilder tool to turn concepts into functional machine designs.
- Provide strategic field feedback to leadership to help refine sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain consistent CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
Requirements
- Expertise in discovery calls and qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT.
- Technical aptitude and comfort with production environments, specifically mechanical or electrical automation.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ability to manage the hand-off between sales and engineering to ensure viable customer solutions.
- A quota-carrying mindset with a focus on strategy and hands-on execution.
- Must be based in Munich, Germany.
