What you will do

• Target medium-sized and enterprise clients to build strong customer relationships in QA and cybersecurity.
• Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy tailored to the company's service offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify and act on new sales potentials.
• Leverage CRM tools, networking, and social selling to build a healthy, scalable sales pipeline.
• Assess customer needs, pitch tailored solutions, create compelling proposals, and close deals.
• Represent the brand at industry fairs, conferences, and relevant networking events.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in acquiring new clients for IT services (ideally in QA or Cybersecurity).
• Experience selling complex service offerings and engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Fluent German (C1) and business-level English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for face-to-face client meetings.
• Must be located in Germany.
