What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer advocacy program strategy with defined KPIs.
- Build and manage a customer reference program, identifying and recruiting customer advocates.
- Create compelling customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials across various formats.
- Identify and secure customer speakers for webinars and conferences while managing awards programs.
- Collaborate with the customer education team to develop and manage a thriving online user community.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of an annual in-person user conference.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or customer success with a focus on customer advocacy.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful advocacy programs from scratch.
- Experience in developing diverse customer content, including case studies and videos.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience managing customer communities and user conferences.
- Experience in the software industry, specifically in automation or managed file transfer.
