What you will do

• Lead technical operations and application support for global services to ensure 24/7 system reliability.
• Design, plan, and deploy system changes to optimize testing and deployment processes.
• Manage and resolve incidents for internal and external customers with rapid response.
• Drive automation and process improvements across CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.
• Maintain detailed operational documentation to support second-line operations and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Application Operations.
• Strong expertise in AWS services, cloud architecture, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitLab, Terraform, and Kubernetes (EKS/EKS-A).
• Must be based in Toronto to support a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days in-office).
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required for global team collaboration.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator.
• Experience with scripting and automation for operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of 24/7 operations within capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
