What you will do

• Support mission-critical environments for SaaS clients, ensuring stability and performance.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL and SRE standards.
• Build and scale incubated products including Qlik, Tosca, and BI solutions.
• Execute disaster recovery, configuration management, and infrastructure readiness tasks.
• Collaborate in Agile teams with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive platform evolution.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux/Windows, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid office attendance.
