TL;DR
Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Azure): Operating and enhancing mission-critical SaaS environments for financial clients with an accent on Azure infrastructure, deployment automation, monitoring, and service reliability. Focus on managing infrastructure-as-code pipelines, responding to incidents, scaling client environments, and executing disaster recovery and operational improvements.
Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with two days in the office each week
Salary: 99,840–137,280 CAD annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Operate and enhance mission-critical environments for new and existing clients.
- Manage Qlik and infrastructure deployment pipelines, including onboarding, replication, troubleshooting, and scaling.
- Configure and support third-party software, batch jobs, application upgrades, deployments, rollbacks, and routine maintenance.
- Support incident, problem, change, disaster recovery, configuration management, and infrastructure readiness processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, vendors, and stakeholders in Agile design and operational discussions.
- Provide weekend or on-call support when required and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
- Expertise with Microsoft Azure; AWS exposure is helpful.
- Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
- Knowledge of networking, virtualization, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Windows, APIs, PowerShell, Bash, and SQL.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with Dimension.
- Experience supporting both onboarding projects and live production operations.
