Salary: CAD 110,000–120,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for cloud engineering and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Design, operate, and improve Kubernetes platforms, including Amazon EKS.
• Build infrastructure automation and continuous delivery workflows with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement GitOps practices with FluxCD and service mesh capabilities.
• Strengthen cloud-native security through IAM, secrets management, and network policies.
• Improve platform reliability through metrics, logs, traces, and observability tooling.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or DevSecOps.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, EKS, AWS, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, service mesh, and FluxCD.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native security, including IAM, secrets management, and network policies.
• Strong knowledge of observability platforms and metrics, logs, and traces.
• AI-native experience and maturity in AI development.
• For Québec-based candidates, fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kong Mesh, Kuma, CloudFront, microservices, or Internal Developer Platforms such as Backstage.
• Ability to integrate AI into platform engineering practices.
• Knowledge of GCP or Azure and cloud platform certifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting.
