What you will do

• Take ownership of CI/CD infrastructure and proactively identify improvements to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Partner with developers to remove build and deployment friction across distributed teams.
• Build scalable solutions for artifact management, release automation, and incident response.
• Integrate AI/ML agents and emerging technologies into CI/CD workflows.
• Maintain Linux environments, container-based architectures, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in build and release engineering with expertise in designing CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Jenkins (Declarative and Scripted Pipelines), Maven, Gradle, Bash, and Groovy.
• Strong GitHub experience including workflows, branching strategies, and pull request reviews.
• Hands-on with AWS or other clouds, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Solid Linux knowledge and experience with artifact repositories like Artifactory and Nexus.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude.ai, or similar for code generation and automation.
• Azure or Google Cloud Platform exposure.
