TL;DR

Location: New York (Onsite, remote work is not an option)

Salary: $210,000 - $240,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop data-driven strategic recommendations for paid media, brand positioning, and customer engagement to meet client business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients, leading robust discussions and defending strategic rationale.
  • Collaborate with media teams, creative partners, and account management to ensure integrated strategy execution.
  • Synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations, balancing big-picture strategy with tactical execution.

Requirements

  • Proven strategic experience at a VP or Group Director level within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Success in managing complex, high-stakes client relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in performance media platforms, DSPs, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Capability to balance short-term performance needs with long-term brand equity.
  • Experience working in an IAT (Inter-Agency Team) environment.
  • Must be based in New York; remote work is not an option.

Nice to have

  • Experience with premium or luxury brands.
  • Background working with large multinational brands.
  • Direct experience in media planning or buying.
