What you will do

• Lead campaign execution across programmatic and in-app channels, including display, video, and CTV.
• Mentor and support a small team of Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with internal creative and analytics teams to test and develop new messaging frameworks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for small to mid-sized clients or lead the programmatic channel for larger accounts.
• Analyze platform data and third-party tools to surface trends and craft data-backed strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC) for a hybrid arrangement.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in programmatic and in-app execution (Google Ads, DSPs, MMP tracking).
• Experience managing client relationships and leading stakeholder discussions.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and review deliverables with precision.
• Strong analytical skills and a clear approach to problem-solving.
• 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
