What you will do

• Oversee agency partners to ensure excellence in tactical execution.
• Own forecasting, spend pacing, reporting, and incrementality modeling.
• Architect the test and learn roadmap and go-to-market planning for new product launches.
• Define core media KPIs across SKUs and channels to drive overall business performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on creative optimization and media mix modeling.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Amazon and future retail media channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with 5+ years focused on Amazon.
• Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Proven track record managing 7-figure retail media budgets for omni-channel CPG businesses.
• Expertise in Amazon Marketing Cloud, including multi-touch measurement and path to purchase analyses.
• Experience managing and holding agencies accountable to performance targets.
• Experience with non-Amazon retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart).
