What you will do

  • Define enterprise-wide consumer engagement strategy across activation, retention, re-engagement, and sustained participation.
  • Design member journeys aligned to health needs, preventive care, and behavior change opportunities.
  • Own KPIs including activation, enrollment, engagement, retention, and pathway completion; optimize campaigns through segmentation and experimentation.
  • Establish attribution models linking engagement to clinical and economic outcomes; provide executive-level reporting.
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing engagement and performance marketing team (15+ members).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Data, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Experience leading enterprise engagement, operations, or digital health programs in complex environments with 5,000+ client/membership base and global/national-scale outcomes
  • Proven ownership of activation, retention, and utilization KPIs in data-driven settings
  • Experience integrating engagement strategies with clinical or healthcare decision workflows
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems (clinical, claims, behavioral signals)
  • Demonstrated success building experimentation frameworks and optimization cultures
  • Ability to translate complex engagement performance into executive-level insights
